Felina Brown, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AG-ACNP, FIM-P brings over 25 years of healthcare experience and a deeply integrative approach to psychiatric care. As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in both psychiatric, acute care, and integrative medicine, Felina treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, or complex trauma, Felina meets you exactly where you are. Her approach blends medication management with root cause analysis and holistic care, always collaborative, never pressured. The goal is real recovery, not just management. Together, you work toward feeling lighter, clearer, and more fully yourself.
Felina carries a particular heart for first responders, healthcare workers, caregivers, busy professionals, survivors of trauma, and human trafficking survivors, helpers who spend everything caring for others and deserve a safe space to be seen, heard, and walked with on their own healing journey. She serves individuals ages 8 and older and accepts most major insurances.
